Description:

The goal of Montezuma County’s immunization program is to reduce the risk of vaccine- preventable diseases. A variety of immunizations are available for children and adults. Please call our office for cost and availability of immunizations.

Immunization clinics are held Mondays from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. by appointment or on other days as needed by pre-arranged appointments.

Copies of duplicate immunization records are available for a $5.00 service charge.
