Description:
Parents as Teachers is national, evidence based home visitation program. Roots Family Center is offering this program for families with children 0 – 36 months old. The program consists of bi-weekly home visits (1 – 1.5 hrs per visit), screenings, group connections and resources and referrals. The program is offered to primarily Spanish speaking families living in southwest Denver.
