*Recruitment and Retention of qualified staff in licensed child care centers & homes.
*Scholarships for Professional Development/Qualifications for staff in licensed child care centers and family child care homes to increase the number of early childhood staff pursuing Teacher Qualifications, Director Qualifications, college coursework leading to Early Childhood Professional Credentials, AA Degree and/or BA in Early Childhood Education.
*Early Childhood Workforce/Professional Counseling to advise early educators on their professional development journey.
*Provide training and coaching opportunities to meet qualification requirements and to impact teaching practices in early care and learning environments.
