Mission Statement

We will improve the quality of life for young children, prenatal-age 8, and their families in the Triad counties by utilizing our communities’ unique resources to shape policy, finance, and service delivery.

Organization Description

Triad is the Early Childhood Council serving the counties of Clear Creek, Gilpin, and Jefferson. The Triad Early Childhood Council was established in 1997 as one of the original Consolidated Child Care Pilot communities. Triad is composed of public and private stakeholders engaged in collaborative planning and decision making to improve quality, access, and equity of services for young children and their families.
