Mission Statement

Our mission is to expand and improve quality early childhood services and education opportunities
for families in Gunnison and Hinsdale Counties.

Our vision is to ensure the healthy growth and optimal development of all young children
so that each child is ready to succeed in school and life.

Organization Description

The Gunnison Hinsdale Early Childhood Council is made up of representatives from community organizations, agencies, and other early childhood stakeholders. The council sets priorities for and works together to improve early childhood systems in our frontier council area.
