To promote and sustain a comprehensive, high quality early childhood system to support families and prepare children for success in school and life.

Organization Description

The ECHO (Early Childhood Health/Education Outreach) and Family Center Early Childhood Council is comprised of parents, community members and partner agency representatives who serve young children in Fremont County. Member agencies have collaborated for five decades to build and sustain a comprehensive early childhood system for children prenatal to kindergarten designed to promote school readiness for all children. Programming across the community encompass all the domains of a strong early childhood system as identified in the Early Childhood Colorado Framework.
