Description:

Connecting families to Home Visitation Programs through the Home Visiting Coalition: Parents As Teachers (PAT); Nurse Family Partnership (NFP); Healthy Steps; Safe Care; and Working Together program.

Providing information and support to these home visitors including information for immigrant families, drug use conversations, safety on home visits, mental health first aide and the Colorado Child Maltreatment Framework.
