First Impressions was created in 1998 as Routt County’s Early Childhood Council to streamline and strengthen Routt County’s Early Childhood System. The Council is comprised of twenty-four diverse members representing Routt County, with a City Council representative and County Commissioner serving as co-chairs. The Council works to collectively measure and address needs for families with children ages birth to eight.
