The Partnership for Children & Families (PCF) provides comprehensive quality improvement support to licensed child care programs through the Colorado Shines Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS). Support includes on-site coaching and implementation support, technical assistance with Colorado Shines, professional development training and funding for classroom and playground materials that will help address program goals for improvement.
