Grand Beginnings was appointed by the county commissioners of Grand and Jackson Counties to convene and coordinate the Grand and Jackson Early Childhood Council in February 2017. The Grand and Jackson Early Childhood Council works to convene community stakeholder to take a cross-sector approach to ensuring a high quality early childhood system that promotes quality, accessibility, capacity, and affordability of services and programs that address family support and education, health and well-being, and learning and development.
