A course of training for caregivers of infants and toddlers. The primary goal is to increase the quality and availability of responsive care for infants and toddlers by:
Strengthening the skills and knowledge base
Building capacity and promoting systemic change
Supporting leadership and community collaboration
Facilitating professional development
