FRCA represents Family Resource Centers (FRC) at the legislature as well as at a county level. FRCA also actively participates in major statewide initiatives and coalitions relevant to children and families. Advocating at the state and county level for policy and systems change When standards and language are adopted by a multitude of players, true systems change is possible, creating better outcomes for families and greater efficiencies for our member organizations.
